Attended the Cosfest VIII event at Downtown East yesterday. To join in the carnival vibe, I roped in another friend of mine, Bing to cosplay as well. Somehow, it all felt like we were stumbling upon some fantasy land with bad sound system and J-pop overload.



Despite the noise pollution, I managed to keep my sights focused and snapped a few pictures for my FringE photography project.

Besides Bleach, Naurto, Kundam...etc, someone cosplayed one of my favourite animes too - DMC...yeah!



As for us, Bing was the all white, cheerful butler, me in the dark Alice lolita while man just wanted to flex his camera muscles. After a few hours, we survived the heat and headed over to a nearby Japanese restaurant for dinner. We couldn't help but reminisce Tokyo's cool weather and extreme fashion. One day, we will go back again and experience the true blood Japanese cosplayers in action!
